CompTIA A+ (1101–1102) is an entry-level IT credential that validates proficiency in managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, installing and configuring basic computer hardware, software and networking technologies.
It is used across information technology, computer service and technical support hiring. Existing course content notes that it spans mobile and traditional devices and common operating systems including iOS, Android and Windows.
